Ingredients

- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1–2 jalapeños, diced (adjust for heat preference)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese and sour cream together until smooth.
- Add in the drained sweet corn, diced jalapeños, shredded cheddar cheese, lime juice, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and cover. Chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve cold with tortilla chips for dipping, and enjoy!
