- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and both cheeses. Mix until well combined.
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour the chicken mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until well combined.
- Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let it stand for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Feel free to add your favorite vegetables like peas or broccoli into the mixture for extra flavor and nutrition.
