1 Million Dollar Chicken Casserole

Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, and both cheeses. Mix until well combined.
  3. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and pour the chicken mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter until well combined.
  5. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the top of the casserole.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden brown.
  7. Let it stand for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
