- 1 can of soup (any variety)
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (like carrots, spinach, or bell peppers)
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, or basil)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: 1 serving of cooked protein (such as chicken or tofu)
Instructions
- Open your can of soup and pour it into a medium pot.
- Toss in your chopped fresh vegetables and stir gently to combine.
- Place the pot on the stove over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the soup is heated and the vegetables have softened—about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Stir in your fresh herbs and season with salt and pepper as desired.
- If you’d like, mix in your choice of cooked protein for a more filling meal.
- Ladle the soup into bowls and enjoy!
