Description

  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • Pink buttercream frosting for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a heart-shaped baking pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Gradually incorporate the dry mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
  6. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Spread the cookie dough evenly in the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the cake to cool completely. Top with pink buttercream frosting before serving.
