- 1/2 cup butter (slightly softened)
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups flour
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2/3 cup Valentine’s Day M&M’s
- 7 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped, regular stuffed)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silpat.
- In a medium bowl, cream together the slightly softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and egg until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to your wet ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Gently fold in the Valentine’s Day M&M’s and chopped Oreos.
- Scoop out cookie dough (approximately 1/4 cup each) to form ten cookies.
- Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 13 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
