Celebrate Valentine’s Day with these charming Oreo Pops, perfect for gifting and enjoying with loved ones.


Ingredients

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
  • 1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips or candy melts
  • 12 lollipop sticks
  • Valentine’s Day sprinkles
  • Red or pink candy melts

Instructions

  1. Carefully twist apart each Oreo cookie, ensuring the cream filling remains intact on one half.
  2. Insert a lollipop stick into the cream portion of each Oreo. If needed, add a small amount of melted chocolate to help secure the stick.
  3. Place the other half of the cookie back on top gently, being careful not to press too hard.
  4. Freeze the assembled Oreo pops for about 5 minutes.
  5. While the pops are chilling, melt the white chocolate and milk/dark chocolate separately according to the package instructions.
  6. Dip each Oreo pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully covered. Allow any excess to drip off.
  7. Transfer the dipped pops to a parchment-lined tray and decorate immediately with sprinkles or drizzle with melted red/pink candy melts.
  8. Allow the pops to set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
  9. Serve wrapped in cellophane bags or creatively arranged on a platter.

Notes

Store the pops in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week, or refrigerate to prolong freshness, but be aware it may affect crispness.
