- 12 Oreo cookies
- 1 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
- 1 cup milk or dark chocolate chips or candy melts
- 12 lollipop sticks
- Valentine’s Day sprinkles
- Red or pink candy melts
Instructions
- Carefully twist apart each Oreo cookie, ensuring the cream filling remains intact on one half.
- Insert a lollipop stick into the cream portion of each Oreo. If needed, add a small amount of melted chocolate to help secure the stick.
- Place the other half of the cookie back on top gently, being careful not to press too hard.
- Freeze the assembled Oreo pops for about 5 minutes.
- While the pops are chilling, melt the white chocolate and milk/dark chocolate separately according to the package instructions.
- Dip each Oreo pop into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully covered. Allow any excess to drip off.
- Transfer the dipped pops to a parchment-lined tray and decorate immediately with sprinkles or drizzle with melted red/pink candy melts.
- Allow the pops to set completely at room temperature or in the refrigerator.
- Serve wrapped in cellophane bags or creatively arranged on a platter.
Notes
Store the pops in an airtight container at room temperature for about a week, or refrigerate to prolong freshness, but be aware it may affect crispness.
