Instructions
- Prepare the Strawberry Lasagna: Layer the cooked lasagna noodles in a dish.
- In a bowl, combine Mascarpone cheese and whipped cream until smooth. Spread this mixture over the noodles, followed by sliced strawberries.
- Repeat the layers until you reach the top. Cover and chill for at least 120 minutes.
- Make the Custard Pie: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, milk, and vanilla pudding mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust and sprinkle with nutmeg.
- Bake for about 40-45 minutes or until the custard is set. Allow cooling before slicing.
