Description

A creamy and aromatic Vanilla Chai Tea Latte that warms your soul and is easily customizable to suit your taste.


Ingredients

  • 2 Black Tea Bags
  • ¾ Cup of Water
  • 1 Cup of Milk (whole, almond, oat, or milk alternative)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Ginger
  • ½ tsp Cardamom
  • ¼ tsp Cloves
  • ¼ tsp Nutmeg
  • Brown sugar or honey (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Boil water, tea bags, and spices in a saucepan for about 5 minutes.
  2. Remove the tea bags and let the spice mix steep for an additional 5 minutes.
  3. Heat the milk in another saucepan over medium-low heat.
  4. Froth the milk until it forms a creamy foam.
  5. Combine the spiced tea into a mug, stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener, then pour the frothed milk on top.

Notes

Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg and enjoy with light pastries. Store leftover latte in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
