Ingredients

- 2 Black Tea Bags
- ¾ Cup of Water
- 1 Cup of Milk (whole, almond, oat, or milk alternative)
- 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- ½ tsp Ginger
- ½ tsp Cardamom
- ¼ tsp Cloves
- ¼ tsp Nutmeg
- Brown sugar or honey (to taste)
Instructions
- Boil water, tea bags, and spices in a saucepan for about 5 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and let the spice mix steep for an additional 5 minutes.
- Heat the milk in another saucepan over medium-low heat.
- Froth the milk until it forms a creamy foam.
- Combine the spiced tea into a mug, stir in the vanilla extract and sweetener, then pour the frothed milk on top.
Notes
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg and enjoy with light pastries. Store leftover latte in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
