Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and grated ginger. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
- Toss in the broccoli, mushrooms, bell pepper, and julienned carrot. Stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender-crisp.

- Serve the stir fry hot, garnishing with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
