  • 1 yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried sage
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten

  • 12 ounces Swiss cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Toast walnuts and cashews on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes until lightly browned, then let cool.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook onion and garlic for about 3 minutes until translucent. Add mushrooms, marjoram, thyme, and sage, cooking until mushrooms are golden (around 5 minutes).
