Instructions

  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, white beans, corn, and diced green chilies. Add cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to taste.

  5. Allow the chili to cook for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream or Greek yogurt and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes.
