Description

This delightful white chocolate caramel fudge combines the sweetness of white chocolate with gooey caramel for a melt-in-your-mouth treat.


Ingredients

  • 680 g white baking chips
  • 396 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 2.5 tablespoons heavy cream (for fudge base)
  • 25 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
  • 1.5 tablespoons heavy cream (for caramel swirl)

Instructions

  1. Line a 20 x 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine white baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 2.5 tablespoons heavy cream.
  3. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, melt unwrapped caramels and 1.5 tablespoons heavy cream in the microwave.
  5. Gently fold three-quarters of the melted caramel into the white chocolate mixture.
  6. Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared dish and dollop remaining caramel on top, creating a swirl pattern.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
  8. Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into 25 pieces.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. This fudge also freezes well.
