This delightful white chocolate caramel fudge combines the sweetness of white chocolate with gooey caramel for a melt-in-your-mouth treat.

- 680 g white baking chips
- 396 g sweetened condensed milk
- 2.5 tablespoons heavy cream (for fudge base)
- 25 individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
- 1.5 tablespoons heavy cream (for caramel swirl)
Instructions
- Line a 20 x 20 cm baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, combine white baking chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 2.5 tablespoons heavy cream.
- Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until fully melted and smooth.
- In a separate bowl, melt unwrapped caramels and 1.5 tablespoons heavy cream in the microwave.
- Gently fold three-quarters of the melted caramel into the white chocolate mixture.
- Transfer the fudge mixture to the prepared dish and dollop remaining caramel on top, creating a swirl pattern.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm.
- Lift the fudge from the pan and cut into 25 pieces.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. This fudge also freezes well.
