Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  3. Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat.
  4. Remove chicken from the marinade, discarding leftovers.
  5. Grill or sauté the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
  6. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
