Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
- 1 cup plain yogurt (Greek)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Combine yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Preheat your grill or skillet to medium heat.
- Remove chicken from the marinade, discarding leftovers.
- Grill or sauté the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Serve immediately with your favorite sides.
Notes
For maximum flavor, marinate overnight. You can substitute chicken parts based on preference.
