Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Toppings of your choice (suggestions: pepperoni, bell peppers, onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine grated zucchini, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. On a parchment-lined baking sheet, spread the zucchini mixture evenly in a circular shape, about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and firm.
  5. Remove the crust from the oven and add your favorite toppings.
  6. Return to the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
