Description

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the pickles into thick rounds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, spices, salt, and pepper.
  4. Beat the eggs in another bowl.
  5. Dip each pickle slice in the egg, then coat in the cornmeal mixture.
  6. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  7. Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the basket.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
