Description

Ingredients
- Dill pickles
 - Cornmeal
 - Flour
 - Eggs
 - Paprika
 - Garlic powder
 - Onion powder
 - Salt
 - Pepper
 - Cooking spray
 
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
 - Slice the pickles into thick rounds.
 - In a mixing bowl, combine cornmeal, flour, spices, salt, and pepper.
 - Beat the eggs in another bowl.
 - Dip each pickle slice in the egg, then coat in the cornmeal mixture.
 - Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
 - Arrange the coated pickles in a single layer in the basket.
 - Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
 - Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
 
Notes
Serve with ranch, blue cheese dressing, or spicy mayo. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
