- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets

- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

Instructions
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the Bang Bang sauce.
- Steam the broccoli and carrots for 3-4 minutes or until tender.
- Remove the cooked chicken from the skillet, let it rest, and then slice into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the bowl starting with a base of rice, topped with sliced chicken, steamed veggies, and bell pepper slices.
- Spoon the Bang Bang sauce over the top and garnish with green onions.
- Serve and enjoy!
