Delicious homemade cinnamon rolls that are fluffy, sweet, and perfect for any occasion.

			- 4 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
 - 1 cup warm milk
 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
 - 2 large eggs
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1 tablespoon cinnamon
 - 1/2 cup brown sugar
 
Instructions
- Combine warm milk and yeast in a large bowl and let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
 - Add melted butter, sugar, eggs, and salt to the frothy mixture and mix well.
 - Gradually add flour, kneading until the dough is smooth and elastic.
 - Let the dough rise in a warm place for about an hour, or until it doubles in size.
 - Roll out the dough into a rectangle and spread with melted butter, then sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar.
 - Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into pieces.
 - Place slices in a greased baking dish and let rise again for 30 minutes.
 - Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
 - Let cool slightly before serving.

Serve with cream cheese frosting, fresh fruits, or a scoop of ice cream for added indulgence.
