Description

  • 1 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for spice preference)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Tortilla chips or celery sticks for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, ranch dressing, and half of the cheddar cheese. Stir until well-mixed.
  3. Spread the mixture into a baking dish. Top with the remaining cheddar cheese and blue cheese, if using.
  4. Bake in your preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions. Serve warm alongside tortilla chips or celery sticks.

Notes
