- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans, sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Top with the remaining cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Add chopped green onions if desired and serve warm with tortilla chips.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add jalapeños or diced green chilies. Substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a lighter option.
