A quick and creamy dip with gooey cheese, savory beans, and zesty salsa, perfect for gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (15 oz) refried beans
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • Tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine refried beans, sour cream, salsa, taco seasoning, and half of the cheese. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  4. Top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
