  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup creamy garlic sauce
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and fully cooked. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  3. Lay the tortillas out flat. Spread a layer of creamy garlic sauce over each one.
  4. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken on each tortilla. Sprinkle with both cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Fold the tortillas over the filling to create wraps.
  6. In the same non-stick pan, grill each wrapped tortilla for 2-3 minutes on each side, until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are crispy.
  7. Remove from heat, cut in half, and garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

For best flavor, consider using fresh garlic instead of garlic powder and adding veggies like bell peppers or spinach.
