Ingredients

  • 2 tortillas
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Cooking oil or butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of cooking oil or butter.
  2. Spread ranch dressing on one tortilla.
  3. Layer the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and cheese on the ranch dressing.
  4. Top with the second tortilla.
  5. Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
