- 2 tortillas
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Cooking oil or butter for grilling
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of cooking oil or butter.
- Spread ranch dressing on one tortilla.
- Layer the shredded chicken, chopped bacon, and cheese on the ranch dressing.
- Top with the second tortilla.
- Place the quesadilla in the skillet and cook until the bottom is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Carefully flip the quesadilla and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
- Remove from the skillet, slice into wedges, and serve warm.
Notes
