- 1 box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, and corn)
- 2 cups cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, and milk. Stir until well mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Prepare the biscuit mix according to the package instructions.
- Spoon the biscuit dough over the chicken mixture, spreading it evenly for a lovely topping.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the biscuit top is golden brown and fully cooked.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
