Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh cranberries and sliced apples. Add in the granulated sugar and toss well to coat the fruits evenly.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour in the melted butter, mixing until you achieve a crumbly texture.
  5. In a baking dish, layer the fruit mixture at the bottom, then sprinkle the oat mixture evenly on top.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
