- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 4 cups apples, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the fresh cranberries and sliced apples. Add in the granulated sugar and toss well to coat the fruits evenly.
- In a separate bowl, mix together rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour in the melted butter, mixing until you achieve a crumbly texture.
- In a baking dish, layer the fruit mixture at the bottom, then sprinkle the oat mixture evenly on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and crispy.
- Allow it to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
