			- 1 pound ground turkey
 - 2 cups bread crumbs (preferably day-old)
 - 1 cup cranberries (dried or fresh)
 - 1 small onion, finely chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried)
 - 1 tablespoon sage (or your favorite herb)
 - 2 large eggs
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Optional: 1 cup chicken broth (if mixture feels dry)
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
 - In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, bread crumbs, cranberries, chopped onion, and minced garlic.
 - Add the herbs, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
 - Beat the eggs in a separate bowl, then add them to the mixture and mix again until evenly distributed.
 - If the mixture feels too dry, stir in the chicken broth, one tablespoon at a time, until manageable.
 - Form small balls (about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter) and place them onto the prepared baking sheet.
 - Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
 - Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
 
Notes
Use day-old bread for better moisture absorption. Don’t overmix to keep a light texture.
