- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: breadcrumbs for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, spinach, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheese, rice or pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top for added crunch.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
