  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup cooked rice or pasta
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: breadcrumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, spinach, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheese, rice or pasta, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
