Transform gnocchi into a crispy wonder in the air fryer, perfect as a snack or side dish.
Ingredients

- 1 lb gnocchi (shelf-stable, refrigerated, or frozen)
- 1 – 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 2 – 3 tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 390°F.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. If using frozen gnocchi, keep them frozen.
- Add the seasoned gnocchi to the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer.
- For shelf-stable or refrigerated gnocchi, air fry for 11-14 minutes, shaking the basket every 4-5 minutes until golden and crispy.
- For frozen gnocchi, air fry for 13-16 minutes using the same shaking technique until golden and crispy.
- Enjoy immediately, garnished with extra parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Notes
Don’t overcrowd the air fryer for optimal crispness. Experiment with different cheeses and seasonings for varied flavors.
