- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 6–8 oz each)
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs (beaten)
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and pound them to an even thickness of ¾ inch.
- Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and then press into the Parmesan-panko mixture.
- Let the breaded chicken rest for 5-10 minutes while preheating the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil, arrange the chicken in a single layer, and spray the tops with olive oil.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.

Serve with a garden salad, roasted vegetables, or creamy mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
