Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (approximately 68 oz each)
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels and pound them to an even thickness of ¾ inch.
  2. Set up three shallow bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and then press into the Parmesan-panko mixture.
  4. Let the breaded chicken rest for 5-10 minutes while preheating the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil, arrange the chicken in a single layer, and spray the tops with olive oil.
  6. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let it rest for 3-5 minutes before serving.
