Description

A creamy and spicy Buffalo chicken dip that’s perfect for gatherings and easy to make in a slow cooker.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken (cooked and shredded)
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In your Crockpot, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined.
  2. Cook on low for 120-180 minutes or high for 60-120 minutes, until heated through and creamy.
  3. Stir in shredded cheese until melted into the dip.
  4. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions if desired.

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the Crockpot or microwave.
