- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray or oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and brown the meatballs on all sides.
- Place sliced onions at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the browned meatballs on top of the onions.
- In a separate bowl, mix beef broth and onion soup mix, then pour over the meatballs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Serve warm and enjoy the savory flavors!
