Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).

- Roll each tortilla tightly to form wraps.
- Dip each wrap in the beaten egg, ensuring they are well-coated, then roll them in the breadcrumbs for crunch.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket. Drizzle them with olive oil.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Notes
