Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning for extra flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Add any seasonings you prefer, such as garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat and spoon in some of the chicken mixture. Roll it up tightly; you can secure the ends if needed.
  4. Brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil, then coat with bread crumbs for that perfect crunch.
  5. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

Store uneaten wraps in an airtight container for up to three days; reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness. You can freeze un-fried wraps and cook from frozen.
