- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning for extra flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese in a bowl. Add any seasonings you prefer, such as garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon in some of the chicken mixture. Roll it up tightly; you can secure the ends if needed.
- Brush the outside of each wrap with olive oil, then coat with bread crumbs for that perfect crunch.
- Place the wraps in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Store uneaten wraps in an airtight container for up to three days; reheat in the air fryer to regain crispiness. You can freeze un-fried wraps and cook from frozen.
