Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 2 cups low-carb vegetables (broccoli or cauliflower)
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken and cream cheese until well mixed.
  3. Stir in the low-carb vegetables, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
