Ingredients
Scale
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
- 1 package pizza dough
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted
- Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat afterward.
- Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine flavors.
- On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough and cut into rectangles.
- In the center of each rectangle, place a spoonful of the beef mixture followed by a handful of cheese.
- Roll up the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal it securely.
- Brush each rollup with the melted butter, coating them generously.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
- Serve warm and let everyone pile on their favorite toppings!
Notes
Feel free to substitute the ground beef with ground turkey or chicken for a lighter option.
