Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or American)
  • 1 package pizza dough
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Optional toppings: pickles, diced onions, ketchup, mustard

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat afterward.
  3. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine flavors.
  4. On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough and cut into rectangles.
  5. In the center of each rectangle, place a spoonful of the beef mixture followed by a handful of cheese.
  6. Roll up the dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal it securely.
  7. Brush each rollup with the melted butter, coating them generously.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown.
