  • Yield: 4 servings 1x
  • Diet: Gluten-Free

Description

Succulent pieces of steak infused with aromatic garlic and finished with rich, bubbling butter, perfect for a quick weeknight dinner or an indulgent appetizer.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the steak pieces with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Ensure every piece is well coated.
  2. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Melt the butter in a pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Once the steak bites are cooked, toss them in the garlic butter sauce until fully coated.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For marination, consider marinating the steak in olive oil, salt, and pepper for 30 minutes. Serve with dipping sauces for additional flavor.
