  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Chicken: Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. Grill or bake until fully cooked, then let it rest and slice thinly.
  2. Prepare the Tzatziki Sauce: In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.

  4. Finish with Tzatziki: Drizzle the tzatziki sauce over the assembled bowls and garnish with fresh parsley.
