Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
 - Marinate the chicken breasts in this mixture for at least 30 minutes.

 - Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
 - In another bowl, combine the cooked rice with the diced avocado, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
 - To assemble, stack the avocado rice mixture on a plate, add the chicken on top, and garnish with fresh cilantro.
