- 1 pound Ground Beef (or turkey/plant-based substitute)
- 1 packet Taco Seasoning
- 2 cups Cooked White Rice
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1 cup Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Chipotle Sauce
- 4 large Flour Tortillas
- 2 tablespoons Butter or Oil
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the taco seasoning, mixing well to combine.
- Add the cooked rice to the beef mixture and stir until evenly combined.
- In a bowl, combine the sour cream, nacho cheese sauce, chipotle sauce, and shredded cheeses.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread a generous scoop of the meat and rice mixture, followed by a scoop of the cheese blend.
- Fold and roll the tortilla tightly, ensuring the filling is well secured.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and melt butter or oil. Place the burrito seam-side down to grill until golden brown.
- Flip and grill the other side. Once both sides are crisp and the cheese has melted, remove from heat and slice.
Notes
Serve with guacamole or pico de gallo and enjoy while hot. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to three days.
