Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, egg, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Mold the mixture into a loaf shape and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Create a well in the center and press shredded mozzarella cheese into it.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the top and sprinkle with additional breadcrumbs.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
