Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
 - In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, salt, pepper, and any other seasonings.
 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the mixture evenly, keeping it thin.
 - Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
 - Allow to cool for a few minutes before breaking into chip shapes.
 
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. Best eaten within a day or two for maximum crispiness.
