			- 1 large low-carb tortilla
 - 1/2 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or turkey
 - 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
 - 1/4 cup sour cream
 - 1/4 cup guacamole
 - 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
 - 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
 - 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
 - Olive oil or cooking spray for grilling
 
Instructions
- Layer cooked ground beef in the center of a low-carb tortilla.
 - Top with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
 - Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to form a wrap.
 - Heat skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or cooking spray.
 - Grill the wrapped tortilla seam side down for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
 - Slice in half, serve, and enjoy!
