Description

A low-carb, delicious crunchwrap filled with seasoned ground beef, guacamole, and fresh veggies, perfect for a quick and nutritious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 large low-carb tortilla
  • 1/2 cup cooked and seasoned ground beef or turkey
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup guacamole
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • Olive oil or cooking spray for grilling

Instructions

  1. Layer cooked ground beef in the center of a low-carb tortilla.
  2. Top with cheese, sour cream, guacamole, diced tomatoes, and shredded lettuce.
  3. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center to form a wrap.
  4. Heat skillet over medium heat and add olive oil or cooking spray.
  5. Grill the wrapped tortilla seam side down for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
