Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
- Pour in the cooled brewed coffee, Irish whiskey, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine without deflating the whipped cream.
- Transfer the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or a light dusting of cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
