Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
  2. Whip the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form.
  3. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  4. Pour in the cooled brewed coffee, Irish whiskey, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine without deflating the whipped cream.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the graham cracker pie crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes, or until set.
  7. Garnish with chocolate shavings or a light dusting of cocoa powder before serving.
