Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup baking mix (like Bisquick)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, and milk.
  3. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the mixture.
  4. Mix until everything is well blended, using your hands.
  5. Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  6. Place the sausage balls on a greased baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
