- 1 pound sausage (any flavor)
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup baking mix (like Bisquick)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, baking mix, and milk.
- Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper to the mixture.
- Mix until everything is well blended, using your hands.
- Shape the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the sausage balls on a greased baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
Serve with dipping sauces or a fresh green salad. Can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen for longer storage.
