 - 1/2 cup coconut oil (melted)
 - 1/2 cup cocoa powder (unsweetened)
 - 1/4 cup powdered erythritol (or any preferred keto-friendly sweetener)
 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
 - Pinch of salt
 
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, melted coconut oil, cocoa powder, powdered erythritol, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
 - Mix everything until smooth and fully incorporated.
 - Pour the glossy mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
 - Place the molds in the freezer and let them chill for about 30 minutes or until solid.
 - Once frozen, carefully remove the fat bombs from the molds and store them in an airtight container in the freezer.
 
Notes
Store fat bombs in an airtight container in the freezer for up to three months. Use clean utensils when removing pieces to avoid contamination.
