Instructions
- Spread 1 tablespoon of pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place a slice of cheese on the unspread side of one of the slices.
- Top it with the second slice of bread, ensuring the pesto side faces up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a pat of butter or drizzle of olive oil.
- Place the sandwich in the skillet, grilling until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
- Flip carefully and grill the other side until the cheese has melted.
