  • 1/2 cup raspberry jam

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, pour the warmed milk and dissolve the active dry yeast. Let it sit until foamy, about 5-10 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs and softened butter to the yeast mixture, then blend it well with the dry ingredients.
  4. Knead the dough on a floured surface until it becomes smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise until doubled in size, roughly 1 hour.
  5. Roll the dough into a rectangle, spread raspberry jam evenly across the surface, and roll it up tightly.
  6. Twist the rolled dough and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  7. Let the dough rise again until puffy, about 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let it cool before slicing.
