- 4 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup bok choy or spinach
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chili flakes for heat
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic, ginger, and mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the potstickers and simmer for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are cooked through.
- Add bok choy or spinach and soy sauce. Cook until the greens are wilted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and optional chili flakes.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
