  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup bok choy or spinach
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: chili flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic, ginger, and mushrooms. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken or vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.

  5. Add bok choy or spinach and soy sauce. Cook until the greens are wilted.
