  • 4 cups Chicken broth (low-sodium)

  • 1 cup Onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian spices

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Place the chicken in the slow cooker first, followed by the chopped vegetables.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth to envelop the ingredients.
  4. Sprinkle the spices and herbs over the mixture and stir gently.
  5. Add cream cheese on top without stirring it in yet.
  6. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  7. Before serving, stir in the cream cheese until fully incorporated.
