			- 2 Boneless chicken breasts (or chicken thighs)
 - 8 oz Cream cheese
 - 4 cups Chicken broth (low-sodium)
 - 1 cup Celery, chopped
 - 1 cup Onion, chopped
 - 3 cloves Garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp Garlic powder
 - 1 tsp Onion powder
 - 1 tsp Italian spices
 
Instructions
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
 - Place the chicken in the slow cooker first, followed by the chopped vegetables.
 - Pour in the chicken broth to envelop the ingredients.
 - Sprinkle the spices and herbs over the mixture and stir gently.
 - Add cream cheese on top without stirring it in yet.
 - Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
 - Before serving, stir in the cream cheese until fully incorporated.
 
Notes
Serve garnished with fresh herbs like parsley or chives. Pairs well with a side salad or keto-friendly garlic bread.
