Ingredients

  • 2 cups brewed chai tea (allow to cool)
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Ice

Instructions

  1. Brew the chai tea and set aside to cool.
  2. In a blender, combine the cooled chai tea, milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice syrup.
  3. Blend until all the ingredients are smooth and well-incorporated.
  4. Fill a glass with ice and pour the pumpkin chai mixture over it.
  5. If desired, finish with whipped cream on top and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
