- 2 cups brewed chai tea (allow to cool)
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice syrup (adjust to taste)
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Ice
Instructions
- Brew the chai tea and set aside to cool.
- In a blender, combine the cooled chai tea, milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin spice syrup.
- Blend until all the ingredients are smooth and well-incorporated.
- Fill a glass with ice and pour the pumpkin chai mixture over it.
- If desired, finish with whipped cream on top and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice.
- Serve and enjoy your homemade fall drink!
Notes
For added sweetness, drizzle caramel or extra pumpkin spice syrup over the whipped cream.
