- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup white chocolate chips

- Additional crushed strawberries for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, strawberry puree, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Fold in the crushed graham crackers until everything is well mixed.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to firm it up.
- After chilling, scoop small amounts of the mixture and roll them into bite-sized balls.
- Melt the white chocolate chips and coconut oil (if using) in the microwave or using a double boiler until silky smooth.
- Dip each truffle ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the chocolate-coated truffles on a lined baking sheet.
