  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour (360 grams)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter and sugar in a mixer bowl until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add in the vanilla and almond extracts along with the egg, mixing until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the baking powder, salt, and flour. Gradually add to the wet ingredients, mixing until the dough pulls away from the sides.
  5. If the dough is crumbly, continue mixing for another 30 seconds to 1 minute. You can knead it by hand if necessary.
